I’m sorry, can someone please remind me exactly what role the Attorney General plays in the legislative process?

Based on the last 6 years the AG’s job is to pick and choose which laws he likes and enforce those.

Seriously, tough, you make an excellent point.

Mr. Holder is admitting that he used his power as attorney general to attempt to get restrictive gun laws passed.

I also take it as an admission that “Fast and Furious” was organized with the express purpose of getting enough people killed to “justify” draconian gun laws.
