This is definitely a problem. It's supposed to accept the votes for Republicans, but record them as Democrat votes.
I don’t trust any machine that doesn’t keep the actual paper ballot. That’s what we use now but I understand it’s going to change to fully electronic machine that can be manipulated in many ways and will give the results those in charge want. They probably want to keep someone like Chris McDaniel from getting 70% of the county vote again.
