You would think that this being in Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe Arpaio's people should have arrested this sleazebag by now - if the incident was reported to his office and is on surveillance video as it is. What do you think the chances are that the perp is an illegal immigrant? (If that's the case, I'm sure he'll be defended and supported by the left as a "DREAMer." Isn't that what Obama's executive order would call him?)
