I can’t believe that Cook Co. machine hasn’t made bigger news.

It's because that which is common, becomes common place. Kind of like people driving by the Alamo everyday aren't all that impressed by it's existence.

Election fraud in Cook Co. is as regular and common place as breathing! Therefore, it really isn't a big news story. Hell reporting Cook Co. fraud would be a real "dog bites man" story, and people would be sitting around saying, "So?".
