I thought the Supreme Court has already ruled on this regarding religion in the Amish case against Obama care?
Nevertheless, the churches in California need to unite, lawyer up, and file a massive lawsuit against the State of California for violation of the 1st Amendment Rights.

Agreed. Churches across the country need to unite. Forget denomination. Your enemy is my enemy and Satan is the enemy!

A regulatory change? Isn't that sweet? So the elected officials who ordered this travesty can have plausible deniability and back down if there is a sufficient backlash. Or turn up the heat if there is not.

Does that include mosques? Or will Muslims be the only “religion” with permanent exemptions from our laws?

If the states and the feds keep ratcheting this up for another fifteen years or so, the Catholic bishops might start thinking about ways to begin considering possibly raising an objection.
Or not.

The overriding goal of the left in controlling the State is to force Christians to apostasy, to betray Christ.
It explains everything they do.

All churches in California need to drop their medical insurance and instead have their employees enroll in Medi-Share. The churches can contribute whatever their current premium is on behalf of the employees.
