Honestly, it’s quickly becoming a moot point since he’s leaving anyway but if the majority of Democrats in the Senate were at all intellectually honest, Holder would have been impeached long ago. While the AG has some discretion in enforcement, it is his job to be the chief law enforcement officer in the land; not willy nilly blatantly ignore laws and apply them only when able to ruin or harass opponents.

My greater point: How long is everyone going to continue to ACCEPT it? How long will the TALK continue before someone takes action and LEADS?
There was never any attempt to trace the guns to the cartels. This was SUPPLYING guns to cartels.

Notice I said in the prior comment IMPEACHMENT. You can’t be impeached from an office you no longer “serve”. Criminal charges on the other hand are another story.... one that should hopefully get more interesting once the GOP (assuming they aren’t all spineless) holds both houses.....
This is why the left is pulling out all the stops to try to hold on to the Senate.
I hope if we take both sides of congress, we burn down the phone lines to keep McConnell and Beohner from being the leaders and get more conservative leaders in.
