OTOH, Judicial Watch cannot obtain anything unless the FOIA allows it.
Together (JW+Issa) they WILL get a smoking gun. If they get one smoking gun, it’ll be easier to get the rest of the evidence.
The next step:
The Justice Department has to provide Issa’s committee “non-privileged” documents by Nov. 3. I don’t expect any smoking guns from this document dump. But this and JW’s findings will help Issa to compile a list of documents to challenge their “privileged” status.
