I think O’Reilly really means ‘HOW the government is putting all Americans in danger.’ He never addresses WHY, other than to say the title.

when our president was educated in Indonesia in a muslim school and attended college in the US as a foreign student, why would we expect him to put the safety of americans first. Muslims maybe, americans no.
