The excerpt I posted didn’t catch this - but the tolls in question were in relation to placing them on the new bridges linking Kentucky to Indiana and Ohio, neither of which are near Paducah or “western Kentucky roads”
Truth in Advertising laws should apply to political ads. If they can’t prove the ad is true they should be fined and the ad removed.
