People like Tony Snow and Bill Cosby exposed these problems/horrors years ago. No one listened then and no one listens now. Bill Cosby, who is in ill health, has tried for years to turn around the black inner city. No luck.

No luck.It's so much easier to blame whitey for everything (especially with white liberals enabling and encouraging it) than to take a hard look at black culture and try and fix the real problems.
