I agree. They picked a weak case in 2012 just because it was 2012. We had already seen in early 2011 that Frances Fox Piven, yes the Piven of Cloward-Piven, had to be cut off by MSNBC just as she was about to echo her demand from her article in “The Nation” that it was past time to start rioting in the streets.

We were supposed to be under martial law now, wondering if our burning cities can ever be rebuilt.
