Thank you for posting that link! Even though I remembered reading about that a few years ago, I had totally forgotten about it.
We see that pop up now and then (the story) and its truly worrisome of true.
My trouble with the story is that its #1 from World Nut Daily and #2 in 11/2012 it was supposedly headed to the SCOTUS and nothing ever came out of the SCOTUS about it in TWO YEARS. Don’t think the Supreme Court drags any case out over multiple sessions, then again they too could be in on the conspiracy.
