I suspect the French urban “yutes” that used to be satisfied with burning cars, now have better financing from ISIS.

A drone launched bomb will not do anything to containment. They are probably being used to survey the security measures for a weakness. Nuke plants in France have better security than most prisons, but anything is possible.

This needs to be investigated aggressively.
