Glad he got released, but...He got caught after the second time entering Mexico. He was in Tijuana earlier and checked into a motel then left. Mexico is a crap hole and he violated their laws accident or not. Just because he’s non active Marine and an American doesn’t matter to them. Unfortunately we treat their people as if they are citizens.

I don’t believe I’ve ever heard that he’d been in Mexico earlier, in close proximity in time to this incident.
