I keep wondering how he is still getting 44% approval The Democrat coalition is still pretty big. Entitlement army + union members + govt employees gets you close to those numbers.

The 40% range numbers are job-approval related. This 44% is based on image and overall approval. That historically has been a higher number than job-approval.
