SANTA ANA – Police today identified the suspected driver in the Halloween hit-and-run that killed three teenagers as a 31-year-old Orange County man with a history of traffic offenses.
Jaquinn Ramone Bell has a previous conviction for driving under the influence and hit and run charges in August, court records show.
Bell was arrested around 11:30 a.m. Sunday near a Stanton motel, where he was staying with his two children, on suspicion of felony hit-and-run causing death, Santa Ana Police Chief Carlos Rojas said during a news conference.

Bell pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to hit-and-run with property damage, driving under the influence and two counts of child endangerment in an incident that occurred Aug. 1. He was sentenced to three years probation, seven days in jail and a first-offender alcohol program.
Bell was arrested in 2009 on a charge of driving under the influence, which was dismissed, and he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving, according to court records.

Based on the way he spells his first name (a misspelled Spanish name) and his middle name I am betting that he is Amish.
Odd last name given his first two. We can prolly rule him out as an illegal. Nonetheless, he’s still a killer.

A license can be suspended for ANY (computer anywhere in the U.S.)reason...questionable ticket ....supposedly unpaid fine from anywhere USA...on the network...I experienced this...while on active duty..

I copied the spelling of the name from the Orange County Register. Other sources (LA Times, NY Daily News) have the standard spelling for the name.

He will be charged with murder, in my opinion.
