I have been completely indoctrinated. The seat goes down AND the lid goes down. To undo this knowledge now would be like unlearning to ride a bike.

But then the men’s bathroom would look like the women’s bathroom does.

I have had to clean both men and women’s public restrooms at restaurant jobs I had earlier in life, and let me say that while I know that men can miss the mark from time to time, there is nothing worse than squat and spray, except maybe that the toilets don’t work because they are stopped up with maxi pads wrapped in toilet paper.

I do not want women in my bathroom at all.
