Does anyone else have problems with their webpage? I get tons of blocked popups then the whole thing locks. I can’t even scroll down to read the article.

There's something screwy about the Wash. Times website.
When I put IE on high security and block all cookies, I can read it and scroll, but there's a little bit cut off on right and left margins.
