You heard that too.

He said flat out, we always held the votes back in counties until the end. We made an art of it. He was proud of it.

The others said, so you are the person with the boxes. He laughed.

Years ago, I spoke to people in FL. They said they hold the votes back until the end, then they know exactly how many they need, and bring in exactly how many they need to overcome the Republican lead. They pull them out of minority and Democrat strongholds, which they can do because those areas are so 100% Democrat and have a culture of “not informing” (even the most Republican areas are more mixed) that they can get by with anything.

When the GOP does this (like the county clerk of Waukesha County, Wisconsin did in the state Supreme Court election a few years ago—she waited for Milwaukee County to 100% report before she released her county’s tally), the ‘Rats squeal like stuck rodents.
