Just saying, but no matter what, it’s still an oxymoron and allows for much confusion and many times charges of ignorance and stupidity on the part of those who mistake “secular Jews” for Jews.
It’s still irritating and exasperating and no doubt an insult to Jews of faith.

I’ve heard “secular Jew” used on PBS NewsHour.
I assumed it had been approved by the Lords of Political Correctness.
