Step two is to institute a National Voter ID card to be issued down at the local joint Social Security/CBP office.

My copy of the Constitution doesn't include national IDs in Article 1, Section 8.

How about sticking with the Constitution.

I will always fight a national ID.

Why not just throw a picture on the voting card. My goodness you get a picture going to SAMS Club. That would relieve all these ID card nonsense that people claim is hurting the poor and minorities. I think throwing a picture on the voting card would solve a lot.
