The 2014 election was a disaster for Hillary Clinton. Why? Let us count the ways.

She will have to run against an energetic and motivated Republican Party. If the GOP had failed to capture the Senate, the loss would have been more than demoralizing. It would have led to serious discussion of a third party. Donors would have reconsidered whether their spending was worth the reputational cost. Candidate recruitment efforts would have stalled. Republican voters would have asked why they bother to show up. The Republican circular firing squad, always a problem, wouldn’t use conventional weapons. They’d use ICBMs.

Clinton would have loved to capitalize on this scenario. It would have enabled her to prolong strategic decisions such as how and when and to what degree she breaks from Obama. She would have claimed partial credit for saving the Senate. She would have promised to build on Democratic success. You would have been able to see her aura of inevitability for miles.

She has gone stale on the shelf and it would take some effort to dust her off and remove the cobwebs. I predict a face lift and some apparel changes to put the facade over the lie. If she becomes relevant again, our side has not learned a thing about what just happened at the polls.

Personally, I think her health is going to play a large role in her decision. She already looks tired and run-down. Eighteen months of seven-by-twenty-four campaigning is daunting even for someone twenty years younger and fitter.

She’s not running.

Has anyone told her?

Who do you think they will put up? Someone we know or another nonentity, like Obama, that they can create a persona for w/o a chance for anyone to bare the truth?

And with a functioning liver.

Hillary...Hollywood is remaking the ‘Wizard of Oz’. They want you to be casted as the Wicked Witch....of course, the wizard is Harry Reid...and I think the scarecrow is Obama.

Her biggest problem is the childish bastard in the white house, he is going to destroy the Dem party brand. He plans to punish America for the senate loss, and his illegal amnesty won’t set well with the middle class, or his black voter base.

I am sticking to my prediction. Of course she appears to be running now. I maintain that whether it’s health issues, or the bad situation politically in 2016, or defecting allegiances within her party that abandon her, she’ll bow out, and keep all the campaign contributions.

Agree.
We have seen time and time and time again that Hillery polls well until people see her.
The woman is simply not likable and the minute she starts making public appearances or starts making speeches her numbers fall.
