Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, regarded by many progressive Democrats as their party’s alternative to Hillary Clinton, told attendees at an ACLU gala in Beverly Hills on Sunday that “economic opportunity is slipping further and further out of reach” for average Americans.
According to BuzzFeed News her net worth at the end of 2011 was $14.5 million. Hmm. Looks like the squaw made lots of wampum. Another rich white liberal who thinks she’s in touch with the “common” folk. I hope the Dems nominate this loon.
Here’s an excerpt from a Harvard Crimson article outlining Warren’s rigged compensation package. She sounds like another Michael Moore type that speaks for the “working man,” but really just pimps off of people’s misery to fill her bank account.
“Gottlieb Professor of Law Elizabeth Warren, whose salary of $181,300 was higher than that of any other professor outside the administration.
Warren was also compensated for moving expenses, her mortgage was subsidized and she received an allowance in lieu of benefits contributions. Her total compensation, excluding a meager $253 for her benefit plan, was $291,876.”
