I think I heard Megyn Kelly on FOX news last night, also saying that this nominee for DOJ is a good choice; she listed several reasons. But I was only halfway paying attention due to trying to get a couple chores done.

She prosecuted a multiple sex offender (48 charges) in Fed system after a local judge in state court gave him 2 years. She charged him with crossing a state line on morals charges. An old crime been on the books.

Perp can get another 10 years.

Local judge should have given him max, but let him off easy.

The local judge is still on the bench in NY.

I saw Giuliani on some Fox show a couple of days ago. He gave her thumbs-up due to her prosecutorial experience, and claims she had straddled the line on some cases with political repercussions.

I say, okay: Giver her a hearing after the new Congress is installed.
