The number required to get the initiative placed on the active “list” was a little over 101 thousand. The state is only required to check 5% from each of the 4 districts for validity. More than 150 thousand would have to be falsified to get it tossed. Unless someone can prove that they didn’t reach the 27+ thousand from one of the districts, it’s going forward.

Looks like they “got” 250K signatures just in case investigators figured out 150K of them were fake....: )
