I lived in Corpus Christi for 9 years, 1981 -1990.
To this day I have an abject fear of a Mexican woman driving a station wagon, and no I’m not joking.
Most zoning regulations forbid buildings that size being used as residences. Did they change the regulation for everybody, or just get an exemption for themselves?
(I didn’t see the answer when skimming the article, maybe I missed it.)
WOW, beautiful, and it is a GE box, that means it is probably an all electric home!!!.
They got an exemption for themselves. Everyone else that wants a ‘garden shed’ needs to have it up to city code.
