How is there homeless in the Age of Obama? Everyone should be living in mansions by now.

BTW, a better idea would be to incentivize private developers to build studio apartments or rooms for rent.

What happened to the Great Society of Johnson? Or his War On Poverty? Spent trillions and we still see ads to help the homeless, feed hungry families ....????

Who wants to rent to people who call you to change a light bulb? Here in NJ many landlords want references and such because they don’t want certain kinds of tenants; there are diminishing returns and a lot of legal exposure.
