FNC reported earlier that the Ferguson’s county Grand Jury only rules on Thursdays. So it must be this Thursday.

Well.. The Governor and police agreed to the protestors demands. One of them was that the protestors would be given 48 hours notice of the Grand Jury Decision.
So... that would be today.

How does that work? Has there been a grand jury sitting on this case for a long period of time? Have they been sequestered? Do grand juries come to conclusions on other days, but only announce them on Thursdays?
Please excuse my ignorance on how this has been going down.
