The Big Broadcast Fix for Obama's Amnesty Speech Tonight

President Obama’s speech tonight on his immigration amnesty diktat isn’t aimed at you, if English is your primary language. The White House didn’t even ask the Big Three broadcast networks – CBS, NBC, ABC – for time. We’re in the midst of the November sweeps, and in all likelihood they would have turned him down. But that doesn’t matter – he would just as soon that Gringo-Americans not even hear about his decree.

Obama and the Democrats base their strategy on fragmenting, not uniting Americans, and the speech tonight is aimed at Spanish speakers, who will see the speech broadcast live on the other big broadcast network, Univision, which is for Spanish speakers. And the audience will be huge among Spanish-speakers because the speech is timed to coincide with the Latin Grammys, one of the highest-rated programs of the year on Univision.

By all means we need to ‘melt down’ the phone lines again-and-again. When McConnell and Bonehead let us down, we need to demand they be stripped of their leadership. That ought to be included in the calls. Let them know we aren't buying their leaders’ baloney.

But there's no need to ‘come out’ of this feeling helpless. There is a way to end this feeble cycle.

We should also encourage the states to threaten the ‘Utah Option’ if the following is not at least supported by congressional republicans:

‘State Empowerment’ that could repeal executive orders, overturn this amnesty coup completely, and could solve many other problems.

Through a targeted suspension of congressional rules, a simple concept could be made into a constitutional amendment.

The state legislators collectively could appoint or replace a ‘Chief representative’ [term limited to three years] who can be a check against ALL tyranny through ‘anti-power’ authority:

1. Repeal executive orders [by the president]

2. Censure executive branch officials [three censures lead to an impeachment process by the states].

3. Veto new federal legislation.

4. Unilaterally freeze or cut any federal spending by 1% every two months except for Social Security benefits while disregarding union agreements.

Immigration is the only ‘act of power’ that the Chief could trigger:

IF the 2/3 of the states are dissatisfied with immigration/borders, they can permit the Chief to appoint a Borders Czar [who is also term limited to three years]. This czar could be loaded with so much focused power [checked and balanced through easy replacement and impeachment] that I do not foresee any effective political or legal sabotage of the czar's plans:

More importantly, as Mark Levin was pointing out, it coincides with the mexican holiday "Revolution Day". I guarantee 0bama knows all about "Revolution Day" in mexico. He doesn't know Memorial Day from Veterans Day, or how many states in the country he's dictator over, but he knows all about the third world holiday.

A caller in to Rush’s’ show yesterday said it is also the anniversary of Dia de la Revolución – Mexico Revolution Day, November 20. Commemorating the Revolution of 1910 in 2014 the holiday will be celebrated on Monday.

I would like to see the Republican leadership, flanked by border patrol, minority Republicans, and border area land owners, hold a press conference and dismantle King Obama’s BS after his chest thumping speech. An immediate counter and crushing as to the inability for the King to make the case this had to be done now.
