It’s been damn cold around here, but we haven’t hit any records. We’ve come close, but no record lows, no record low high temps. ...and Nov. is so far, just the second or third coldest overall.
This is just cold inside the range of expected weather.
Yes, yes, geologists confirm that the spot where I sit typing, approximately seventy miles inland from Myrtle Beach, used to be under the ocean. That no doubt happened because carbon dioxide exhaled by the internal combustion engines fueled by whale oil and used to power the pickup trucks of the day caused global warming which melted the polar ice caps. Either that or it was methane from Bison flatulence. Or maybe it was all the fire breathing dragons having a contest to see which one could burn his brother’s pants off the quickest. Of course the ice age that locked up all that water that is STILL in the process of melting cannot be accounted for...or maybe that was caused by global warming too.
