CONNECTING THE DOTS VP Biden Opens floodgates to Central America minors (US taxpayers to pay billions)

GUATEMALA NEWS REPORT TRANSLATION--- Minors in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras will receive refugee status in the United States as of December, according to a plan announced by the country's vice president, Joe Biden, of the US capital plan (a week before Obama's E/O).

WASHINGTON DC -The presidents Otto Perez Molina, of Guatemala; Salvador Sanchez Ceren, in El Salvador, and Juan Orlando Hernandez of Honduras, welcomed the news that VP Biden gave at the forum "Investing in Central America: creating opportunities for growth", organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

VP Biden said that parents who are legal in the US, who live in the northern triangle of Central America, and have not tried to travel illegally to the north may request refugee status for their children .

Biden said: "This will provide alternatives to this dangerous journey that children sometimes start but do not finish. He is nursing safely and correctly. Do not forget that what we do at the end of the day is about dignity, it's about watching a child in the eye and tell him that everything will be fine."

Agencies reported after more requirements to qualify for this plan, as that will cover under 21 and unmarried, who must pass a strict process in their country of origin, with interviews and other requirements to enter the United States as refugees and reunite with their families.

Biden also said President Barack Obama will continue to pressure Congress for immigration reform, already approved by the Senate, but is awaiting the endorsement of the House of Representatives, said that is the "first choice."

"My country has to deal with the unfinished business of bringing 11 million undocumented men, women and children out of the shadows and give them the dignity they deserve," said Biden.

GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) - The United States should provide billions of dollars to help Central American nations curb the flow of illegal migrants, Guatemalan President Otto Perez said, and his government warns the problem will get worse if Washington fails to help.

Fleeing violence, trying to reach relatives already in the United States or seeking jobs, record numbers of child migrants from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have been stopped at the southern U.S. border this year, causing widespread alarm. Last month, the three countries pitched Washington an ambitious development plan to confront the issue.

They want to pump about $10 billion into the region to create jobs and lift living standards, with the bulk of funding coming from the United States, Perez told Reuters. He hopes the plan could come up with about $2 billion a year from 2015 to 2019, a sum he equated to roughly 10 percent of annual U.S. spending on border security and immigration enforcement.

"Now we understand it's not simply a question of the United States saying: 'Right, here's $2 billion a year for five years' for example - the governments of the three countries have to play their part too," the conservative Perez, who took power in early 2012, said in an interview late on Monday.

The US aid package would boost infrastructure and provide more jobs in all three countries, especially in areas that send large numbers of migrants to the United States, he added.

The three Central American governments are urging the United States to shoulder the lion's share of the costs, arguing that U.S. demand for illegal narcotics has fueled violence among drug gangs across much of the impoverished region.

"The United States has to support this, it has no other option," Guatemala's foreign minister, Carlos Morales, told Reuters. "If they don't support it, the crisis will kick off again, you can count on it."

Perez said he hoped the United States would put up about 60 percent of funding. "But we'll have to discuss it calmly and see what each individual country can do, and what can be achieved by common consent."

During meetings in New York in September, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told Central American officials he hoped Congress could approve about $300 million in funding, Morales said, noting the sum was "nothing" given the scale of the problem.

Central American leaders are due to meet Vice President Joe Biden on Nov. 12 in Washington to sound out U.S. support for their plan, Morales added.--SNIP--

(A) Congress will be back December 1st through December 11th. This will be decided in that period of time. We need to have your viewers melt the phone lines. Congress isn't here, they're gone from Washington tonight, but from December 1st to the 11th we need them to melt the phone lines and say 'defund amnesty.'

(B) We need Americans to go to Senators' and Congressman's office. I'm calling on your viewers to come to DC on Wednesday, December 3rd at high noon on the west steps of the Capitol to rally, and to go Senators and Congressmen because nothing frightens a congressman like the whites of his constituents' eyes" she said.

Bachmann added, "when I was watching this speech, I felt like I was watching Jonathan Gruber---because all I heard was contempt for the American people--- as though Obama thought we were so stupid, that somehow he could say that his illegal actions were legal and we would all turn over, roll over, and believe it."

I see people on the drive by talking head shows commenting on why if this was so important, didn’t Obama pass a bill when he had the house and senate. Yet non will say why, a why that is obvious to everyone. Because amnesty is a political looser for the party that institutes it. Had BHO passes an amnesty bill before the 2010 election cycle he would have lost even more seats in the house and possibly the senate, the vast majority of the American people appose amnesty, even union households, which I was for 30 years. Most union members are very conservative, yet believed many of the lies of the democrat party, like the siren song of the nymph.

Just my opinion, we did’t gain the senate in 2010 not because of bad candidates, but opposition from the GOPe who fear above all things, loss of control of the gravy train. i.e. scum like Carl Rove the piss-ant that wont go away, and of course the consultancy class money grubbers making their 15% on every dollar spent on ad’s.

Once Obama gets his so called Immigration reform, agencies will be applying for all kinds of govt grants to assist these 11 million, not 5.3 million, illegal aliens. It will be “1 stop shopping for these law breakers. Then, govt expansions will be required to provide indefinite assistance, documentation and management. Guess the I.R.S. will be managing it too.
Maybe America should expand into South America by taking back Panama while making Honduras, Venezuela, Columbia etc. U.S. territories since we will be taking care of all their people anyhow via immigration and our dollars heading to their countries. Think about it...
