I would not be surprised if it is not released until about 7PM CT, 8PM ET, once people get home safe from work to release the grand jury decision.

I thought that the governor,police and protesters had a 'pact' that they would be given 48 hours AFTER the grand jury decision BEFORE it would be announced publicly.
I still say Nov. 27.
