Regarding FAA and stadium flyovers, I don’t see anything about flyovers in Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
What am I overlooking?
Section 8.
Keeping someone from dropping a homebuilt plane on my head at a football game is looking out for my general welfare.
"The Congress shall have Power To ... provide for the ... general Welfare of the United States"
