He’s inciting a riot. He’s advocating the violent overthrow of the government. Aren’t these activities against the law; isn’t it a fact that freedom of speech does not permit you to advocate this type of violence??
And so why hasn’t he been arrested for Terrorist Threats. If he were white then he would have been rounded up in a hurry.
