The Miami-Dade County Commission is set to vote on an ordinance that would ban discrimination against transgender men and women. The commission is expected to vote Tuesday on the measure that would expand the county's law that prohibits discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations to include transgendered people. It already bans discrimination based on gender, religion, race, ethnicity and sexual orientation.

The Miami media is going all in for this.....no mention of psychological studies about transgenderism or the religious and moral objections to the same.

Libs dont care what booboisie think.

Only cultural elites have that privilege.

This is the central lesson of the civil rights movement - the courts and the Overseer class will determine social mores. The vote of the Unwashed Masses will be nullified.

But remember....we’re a Free People with the right to make our laws for the society we want!

Keep repeating that...

Rick Scott. This is a city ordinance, not a state law.

The citizen vote has been over ruled everywhere.

It seems sort of senseless to vote on ballot initiatives when they black robes will rule we are unconstitutional.

WTF is transgender? Sounds to me like a clothing style choice, not a gender. So now we have a category for those that missed their 4 year old education from their parents “boys have penises, girls have vaginas”?
