Mayhap the teachers didn’t have a choice. Think about it, a school full of unruly black kids with hate in their eyes and a few teachers ... I would let them out.

THEN I would be sending out my resume to some OTHER school district, FAR away from THAT one.

I’m going to offer an alternative theory, that these teachers are at this school because they are SO bad that this job is the best they can get.
