Off-shoring is an out-of-business strategy driven by low import tariffs. It's robbing us of our ability to innovate, even as it sidelines millions of American workers and drives our government deficits and debts through the roof.

Imports should be burdened with unemployment costs, taxes equal or greater than that on domestic producers, and the opportunity cost of lost innovation.
