Attorney General Eric. H. Holder Jr. is expected early next week to detail long-awaited revisions in the Justice Department’s rules for racial profiling, banning it from national security cases for the first time. The changes will also expand the definition of profiling to prevent FBI agents from considering factors such as religion and national origin when opening cases, officials said.

This is the only fair way to profile. People NOT meeting these profilable conditions will be waved through security automatically, thus reducing their boarding times considerably.
This new policy is inline with the new policy toward man-caused-disruptions which seeks to understand and get inside the heads of those who are opposed to current Middle Eastern foreign policy by using soft power.

Racial profiling is still intact for affirmative action; every white and Asian male is treated as a millionaire’s son, while every black, Hispanic, and woman is treated as a liberated slave owed for fifty years of servitude.

This is what Holder is changing, or more correctly reversing, with the much needed inclusion of the People of Pieces.
The Asian (Chinese, Japanese et al), are treated well because the Chinese are busy taking our stuff and tech to China, and the security people give a pass to the others because they can’t tell which is which.
