Historically they count on their Leadership to fairly report to them what’s in most bills.
Like a lawyer to tell one what’s in a contract.
The mere language in a bill is often not informative without some specialized background.
There has to be a minimum level of trust in the Leadership and it isn’t there.

And I repeat for anyone: Great article! Lots in it.
