I hope the Supreme Court Justices are taking note...especially Justice Roberts. Obamacare is totally based on lies if not outright fraud and deception

Grubers voice sounds exactly like I expected it to. Condescending and whiny.

Gruber’s rude comments aside, I have spent hours reading the ACA and its relations to subsidies and here’s the definitive proof it was for states that set up exchanges only.
(A) In general
The term “coverage month” means, with respect to an applicable taxpayer, any month if—
(i) as of the first day of such month the taxpayer, the taxpayer’s spouse, or any dependent of the taxpayer is covered by a qualified health plan described in subsection (b)(2)(A) that was enrolled in through an Exchange established by the State under section 1311 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and
(ii) the premium for coverage under such plan for such month is paid by the taxpayer (or through advance payment of the credit under subsection (a) under section 1412 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act).

If they meant it for the Federal Exchange then it would have specified “Federal Exchange as well as exchanges set up by the states”.

I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt it means two things and only two things...

Thing 1. "Jack"

Thing 2. "Sh!t"

Because the repubs will never repeal it...

When asked at the hearing about his comment in 2012 that the law didn’t include subsidies to individuals in states that didn’t have Obamacare he replied “that he was speaking about areas outside of his expertise.” He would later say in the hearing that the law allowed subsidies to individuals in states that didn’t have Obamacare. So did all of a sudden this become his area of expertise?

It was after the law was written they stated using the (FPL) Federal Poverty Line because all other use was based on state poverty levels. This means it was initially meant only for states that set up exchanges.

What does it mean?

Nothing.

The law’s not going to be repealed based on any of this.

Gruber did not say anything different than what regressives were shouting from the rooftops leading up to the election and after the election. They claimed they were the smart people which implies everyone else is the dumb people.

They proceeded to wreck the best medical system in the world with their superior smartness.

Right now most of the media are burying this story including the congressional hearing today and putting on the CIA story instead. Sad.

Stupid people aren’t offended if you say they’re stupid because they’re too stupid to realize you’re talking about them.

That group is the group that elected Obama twice. Now they know who I’m talking about.

Roberts’ ruling was based on lies. If not lies, it certainly wasn’t based on logic.

His lies were aimed at Democrats in the House and Senate.

Gruber's lies were in the service of the Democrats in the House and Senate. The reason he's news is that he got caught admitting having crafted key falsehoods and bragging about their cleverness at fooling the sheeple.

The Democrat Party is the main villain. Jonny Boy is just their servant.
