I still would want a card in m wallet. What if I leave the phone at home when I use the car and get stopped by a cop?
Also, any personal document online is subject to all manner of hacking and mutilation.

What happens if your phone provider makes a mistake, cancels payment for a late payment not received, or a payment lost in the mail, or your bank makes a mistake, or you change service or change phones? What happens if you loose your phone and you get pulled over? What happens when someone who looks like you steals your phone? What happens when someone hacks all your info off your phone and the cop does not recognize it? What happens when..............

“Replaces drivers license with app?” Baloney. Not everyone has a so-called smart phone, and many will continue to shun them. No one will be successful in mandating that everyone be forced to buy one.

You know where this is going, right? As more and more states implement bullshit like this (don’t get me started on toll roads without toll booths), Fedzilla will begin to offer free phones with every felony conviction, or with every 3rd abortion... on your dime.

Then they will declare that wireless communication is too important to leave to private enterprise and begin a push for a facsist takeover or corporate cronyism kickback scheme (on your dime) to control wireless communications access... ultimately controlling content.

Tinfoil hat? Not really.

So are these electronic nerds going to issue me a phone? My phone hangs on the kitchen wall and the cord is not long enough to take it very far.
