Liberalism has always been with us, but always on the fringes.

You are right, the idea that all cultures are equal is killing us all. My husband teaches and one of the required DVD’s makes the point that just because the Aztecs sacrificed humans doesn’t mean we can judge them as evil; it was acceptable in their culture so it wasn’t evil. He always pauses at that point to remind them that there are some beliefs that are always wrong for all people at all times and human sacrifice is one of those things.
He is just one teacher who is pretty bold, how many other teachers just let these foolish lies go?
