I have no idea is he is guilty or not, but I disagree that this would require a well organized conspiracy.
All that is needed is one woman to come forward with a false accusation and others to follow up with similar stories.
While the volume of accusers is troubling, I am also keenly aware of the capacity of a large percentage of modern day Americans to tell the most horrendous lies. This is especially true of the female gender.
Have any of the accusers presented any corroborating evidence or is it all their word against his? Does anyone have a taped confession a positive test for date rape drugs or anything else?

One thing I found strange was that she claimed she knew the cappuccino was drugged after the first sip, but took at least one more sip.
I also think the media giving her credibility as a “super model” is a bit of a stretch. Ex super model is more like it. She was a successful model in the 1970s and has only had 2 minor acting roles in the past 10 years. She also hadn’t acted at all for about 5 years by the “mid eighties” where she places the alleged incident.
That by no means means she is lying, but she could well be struggling financially and in need of publicity for a career boost.
Dennis Rader’s (BTK) wife said the same thing, she had no idea he was a serial killer. It would not suprise me Cosby kept this side hidden from her.
