I listened to Will and Krauthammer attack Cruz last evening. They attacked what they considered an unimportant point, and they attacked him over allowing Obama nominees to get votes, and they attacked him because he’s committed.

First, the constitutional issue is the issue. That was Cruz’s focus. One can only suppose that George and Charles haven’t read it lately.

Second, Obama’s nominees, according to this CHQ article were going to be handled anyway...and there’s been no noticeable GOP opposition since Reid exercised the nuclear option. Ooops...forgot...the GOP-E is already talkinga about bringing back the 60 vote requirement on nominees during their tenure in charge of the Senate. (Total abject capitulation to often is called SYSTEMATIC BETRAYAL.)

Third, is Cruz committed? Actually, I find that refreshing.

Excellent article that sums up the brilliance of what Cruz and Lee stood for (our Constitution) and who, exactly, the GOPe traitors are. Our enemy is within.

The more that the Washington Establishment criticizes Ted Cruz, the stronger he gets.

How do you RINO’s like sound of “President Cruz?”

I am still learning on this, but reading here this morning, it sounds like the Republican leadership could have run out the clock on these appointments by stalling the Cromnibus bill to the last minute, although, that may have resulted in a temporary shut down of a fraction of the government. I didn’t hear any protests from the leadership, so I think they were perfectly comfortable allowing Reid to push these people through. If what I read is accurate, McConnell is responsible for allowing these confirmations.

It's a full court press against Cruz. I'm listening to some fast talker call Cruz names on the FNC show, "Out Numbered". I believe he called Cruz a "show-boater".

It's going to be a Palin smear all over again. So sick of the Elite's telling us what's best....

Padre, I must warn you that your provocative posts will get us all in trouble with Karl (The Architect) Rove. You have apparently already derailed the Romney-Dole (Mrs. Dole) Ticket that was going to sweep the GOPe into the WH. So let’s all get behind Jeb “el Chicano” Bush (pronounce it “BOOSH”, OK?

Michael Medved was all wee-wee’d up last night about Cruz for the 2 minutes that I could stand to listen to him. Cruz really knows how to smoke out the phonies.
