A county legislator from downstate New York is charged with sexual abuse for allegedly touching two teen-age boys in the Cranberry Lake area last summer.
Michael Kelsey, 36, of Pleasant Valley, NY, was arrested by state police in Wappingers Falls Monday night.

I don’t know about that...I grew up in that part of the country with a lot of potential IDL members and calling them without papers was sure to start a row...Of course when sports gets involved there is more of a bond... Could never understand why I was so insensitive...Mick or “N” turned inside out etc never really ‘bothered’ me...maybe I was just dumb and happy and didn’t know any better.
Like we used to say ... Never knew any poor people, none of us really had anything substantial to speak of, just normal hard working folks with the same goal...getting to the next step in life...mid 50s was a tad different than now...
