Have any freepers opted out on religious grounds and how, if they did, did it work out for them?
is it 2 percent of one’s income plus the entire hospital bill or just 2 percent of one’s income and the bill goes away? or 2 percent of one’s income plus a deductible and the bill goes away? The ACA is confusing.

Vermont Trashes Plan For Single-Payer Health Care Under Obamacare To Avoid Tax Hikes

Vermont’s governor announced Wednesday that the state will be trashing its plan to set up a single-payer health care system under the Affordable Care Act. The plan would have made Vermont the first state in the country with a universal and publicly funded health care system.
Democratic Gov. Peter Shumlin said the decision was made largely because, in order to fund it, the state would be required to considerably increase taxes, and it would be too much for the state to handle. He called it the biggest disappointment of his career, reported The Associated Press.
The IRS tax form website has no form for the Obamacare penalty (that I can find).
As soon as they post the 2014 Form 1040 Instructions, I’ll look in there for the Obamacare penalty form number.
It could be Form 1040 Schedule Something, or a whole different number.
Remember, even if you have Obamacare-compliant insurance, you have to demonstrate it to the IRS on your tax form. So I figure there’ll be a Form 1040 Schedule for that, with any penalty if applicable on the same form.
IIRC, the IRS has hired 15,000 or more people to ‘enforce’ 0bamacare.
For most people, it isn't going to be a big deal. The only people that have to do math are people that get fined and those that get subsidies...
