This does show that a lot of American women are psychotic and should be avoided. It could land you in jail, even if you didn’t do anything.

While I try to stay current with big media stories, there is a part of my brain, when I read the words “More Bad News for Rolling Stone”, thought to myself, “Ut-oh. What has Keith Richards done now.” LOL

I wish writers would stop trying to blame this ALL on the rolling stone writer(s) - if this article is true Jackie started the entire thing trying to get the attention of a boy she was infatuated with..... Sadly people were hurt by her actions but dang, did her “love interest” dodge a huge bullet or what?

I was skeptical of Jackie's "story" when I first read it, but when the cracks started appearing in it, I refused to knee-jerk blame Jackie. I've read so many articles where the journalist with an agenda took a basically factual story and overhyped it, prodding the interviewee to include more and more salacious details in order to sell more copy.
But now it looks like this girl made up a fake upperclassman boyfriend to try to stir up some jealousy in this guy friend of hers who she was interested in, but who had shut her down.
Somehow, that all snowballed, and she ended up a gang-rape victim being discussed (and trashed) around the world.

That fraternity accused in the original article needs to sue Rolling Stone out of existence.
