The thug culture will do something so heinous at some point that normal people will exile them into the seas.
When gangs have their own wikipedia page, I’m not so sure that “normal” people can do much about them. Perhaps, like in Mexico, they will win.

I don't know about you but the Jessica Chambers case is far more than what should be considered necessary to initiate proceedings as you suggest. It's way past time to expunge these animals from the face of the Earth.
Nobody exiled anyone when black thugs shot a 13-month old white baby straight between the eyes after his mother pleaded she had no money in her purse during a daylight robbery last year in Georgia.
Can any crime be more heinous than this one? Yet it has pretty much disappeared from our collective consciousness.
