You're living the way the world should work. My only objection would be ‘scholarships for athletics for black kids’. I'm a firm believe in vouchers so children of all races can attend the best schools they qualify for.. . Black kids should be encouraged to compete on many levels, not just sports... I am pretty sure that the schools in question also hand out scholarships to white athletes as well. I am thinking of one athlete who won two national championships in the last few years (and one when he was not a starter) who attended a local private school and won the state football championship when he was in high school. It is a big money school. Our school is much smaller.

I am happy to have brightened your day. It brightens my day when I see things happening the way they should. I am not saying I don’t see a lot of racism all around. But there are pockets of good.
