You do know they have “evolved sensibilities” up there in Massachusetts, don’t you?
But, if a friend of mine posted that on social media and I saw it. I would be concerned enough to inquire first.
Cop sees that, or is told that. His mind thinks “This guy is gonna try to kill me.” Thus, a serious threat. That should be taken seriously. You can’t go and say “I’m gonna go kill some cops” which is basically what this phrase means right now. The intention is clear. Go “Kill some cops.” How could it be taken differently at this time????
